Welcome to our treatment room. The idea behind the Luxelash started as a tiny seed of an idea planted many years ago. Having enjoyed these services ourselves and loving the WOW effect we felt after each treatment, it was only a matter of time before we made the decision it was time to take a leap of faith, invest in training, product knowledge and here we are today. Ready to share our passion with you and sprinkle a little bit of magic on you.
About us
Policies and Restrictions
We are a small business located in the Morges, VAUD region of Switzerland. Our staff are fully certified and continue to receive positive feedback from all customers. We branch out into four main services which include: Classic Eyelash Extensions, Eyelash Lifts, Eyelash Tints as well as Waxing. Our longest service takes just over two hours, Full lash Extensions.
Consultation
For every appointment we ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment. We take every appointment very seriously and fill out some forms prior to your service to ensure your safety and our own. These genuinely do not take long however it is important for us that they have been completed and signed before each service.
Patch Test
In the event that you are having your first Eyelash treatment with us it is important you schedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior to service time. This is for us to patch test you to discover any unknown allergies to our product.
Restrictions
Here at LuxeLash Boutique we do our utmost to meet your expectations within reason. We will work with you to achieve your satisfaction within reason.
- Allergies: If you have a previously determined allergy we ask that you notify us a few days prior to you appointment for us to identify any risk factor
- Other Beautician work: If you are coming to us with other beautician’s work on your lashes, we ask you to book an eyelash removal prior to you eyelash appointment. This is to ensure consistency and quality to achieve your expectation
- We ask that for your comfort and our own to please come without any eye makeup on for an Eyelash appointment as it makes our job much easier and saves your time
- Please note that we do not have a waiting area. As such we ask that you don’t bring partner’s, friends, children or pets
- Waxing appointments: we ask you to come in baggy, comfortable clothes for your own comfort. We will provide towels an blankets for your modesty
- In the event of any contra indications; bruises, sensitive skin, ibrne etc. we ask that you let us know beforehand
Cancellation Policy
We get it, life happens. Your time is very valuable as is ours and bookings are confirmed with the understanding that the time is set aside for you and your treatment. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to book another client and avoid a cancellation fee.
- Canceling appointments within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment value
- Canceling appointments with 8 hours or no show will be charged 100% of the appointment value as we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your result’s full satisfaction therefore we may need reschedule

Services
Eyelash Extensions and Hybrid
One by one application of individual lashes. This service is perfect for enhancing the natural look of the eye. Lasts between four to six weeks however we do recommend in-fills after two weeks to keep your lashes looking fresh.

Eyelash Lifting and Tinting
Lifting is a perm for your lashes from the root to tip of Eyelash to give a curved, natural looking lash. It frames your eyes for a dramatic flare and is perfect for a natural appearance. This service lasts between 4-8 weeks.
Eyelash Tints
The result allows a more intense and dramatic framing of your eyes. This is a replacement for mascara, where you can choose if you want more of a natural definition or a bold difference. We also offer brow tints that provide your face with symmetry further defining your features.

Face Waxing
With the offer of warm and hot wax we are able to offer waxing of the majority of the body. Whilst hot wax is mainly used for facial waxing; brow shaping, chin, upper lip etc. we use our warm wax to get rid of leg hairs, arm etc. Please refer to our Service page to see all Waxing services we offer.

Aftercare Information
24 Hours no water
Please avoid getting water on your eyelashes for the 24 hours after your appointment Avoid oil based products, waterproof mascara and makeup removers
High Heat
Avoid sauna and hot tub for the following 48 hours. Use hairdryer with caution
No tinting or perming whilst you have eyelash extensions
Keep lashes clean
Only use extension safe shampoo. Brush your lashes daily to maintain thier apperance
Waxing Aftercare
- Wear loose fitting clothing
- Avoid sunlight for 24-48 hours
- Avoid swimming
- No skincare treatments with 48 hours of service
- No showers or hot baths for 24-48 hours
- Avoid shaving between wax appointments
